Sub menus by default are positioned below or to the right of their parent items. To tweak this default positioning simply drag the sub menu to its desired location.

You can also adjust the sub menu positioning by altering the containers margin values, this may be done globally under the 'CSS Styles', or on an individual basis under 'Individuals'.
